Jonathan is a Director with considerable experience in a variety of industries dating back over 20 years. He is responsible for the overall administration of the company and its strategic plans moving forward. He has been responsible for moving the company forward to become the largest provider of online divorce services in the UK today.
With over 15 years work experience in the legal industry Jason has developed an unimpeachable level of knowledge on Divorce and its surrounding subjects. Jason started in the industry with the intention of becoming a solicitor, however changed his career path after finding his passion in management. He acquired his BA in Business Studies part-time while working full time at Quickie Divorce.
Jason is responsible for the day to day running of the operation while reviewing strategies to improve our processes and policies.
Following 3 extra years in tertiary education, David has built up over 7 years’ experience handling Divorce, giving him vast knowledge on all aspects of the legal process. Combined with 10 years’ experience in customer care, he takes great pride in ensuring all our clients receive the highest quality of customer support from purchase to completion.
David is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with industry governance, ensuring that all our customer’s details are processed quickly and professionally.
Having recently finished her LLB Georgia is focused on developing her skills further with ambitions to fully qualify as a solicitor in the coming years. While continuing her further education Georgia works as part of the team verifying, processing and administering legal documents submitted by our clients.
As one of our longest standing members of staff, Bethan joined Quick Divorce in 2010 after completing her degree in computer forensics. Bethan has excelled in her field becoming a highly respected senior Divorce advisor. As our Senior Divorce Advisor Bethan ensures all information and support given from this team is second to none.
Bethan's responsibility is to establish new customer relations. Obtaining and reviewing client requirements to then ensure the client needs are met and exceeded.
Having worked in the role of Divorce Advisor for over 12 years Katie is dedicated to providing guidance and support to all our new and existing clients. Katie works alongside Bethan to establish and maintain new customer relations with a focus on providing for each and every client.
Katie as a long-standing member of the team believes it is fundamental to provide value and support for not just her clients but her team as well.
Having worked for over 18 years in customer support, Rachel has developed exceptional skills in customer relations. Rachel is dedicated to customer experience and prides herself on ensuring any experience our client receives is above and beyond expectation.
As part of the case administrator team Rachel is also responsible for the smooth running of all interactions at every step of the process.
Elizabeth has been an integral part of the case administrator team for over 2 years, during this time she has provided countless client with exceptional service at every stage of the divorce regardless of requirements. Elizabeth has spent her working life focused on providing quality customer care through digital communication.
After finishing his Diploma in Digital Applications, James worked on a multinational level throughout Europe and Asia with a focus on digital solutions. As a Case Administrator James has invested his gained knowledge to provide our clients access to a better service via digital communication. He works as part of our Case Administrator Team with a personal focus on open and clear communication to all.
Greg is dedicated to communication with our clients, ensuring as a company we receive clear feedback on client experience, client wellbeing and satisfaction levels. Greg's focus is to strengthen company relations with our clients by engaging directly with staff and client alike.
