You can apply for your Final Order 6 weeks after the date of the Conditional Order. You will need to post to the courts the Application for Final Order ensuring the document is signed over 6 weeks from the date of the Conditional Order.
The court will send you a Final Order, this is your divorce certificate to confirm your marriage is officially dissolved.
